David Bright

I'm David Bright, the founder and editor of PlayPrepHQ. I started PlayPrepHQ on a simple conviction: the proven ways to learn — active recall and spaced repetition — are also the ways most people dread, and they don't have to be. So I build study tools that turn dense exam material into something you'll actually keep coming back to: quizzes, spaced-repetition flashcards, timed mock exams, and word searches.

What I do here

I design and build the site's study tools, and I'm the person who reviews what goes into them. I write and publish exam-prep study material, and I take responsibility for the accuracy of everything on PlayPrepHQ — every set is checked against the certifying body's own materials and other primary sources before it's published. When exams change their blueprints, fees, or rules, I update the affected pages.

To be clear about what I am and am not: I'm an exam-prep author and editor, not a licensed practitioner in the fields these exams lead to. My job is to research each exam thoroughly, represent its official content faithfully, and make it stick — and to send you to a primary source for anything that matters.
